An unusual oval shaped lidded warming dish. The base is hollow and has tree and well feature. Complete with its original cork and ceramic stopper.

There is some discolouration in the glaze on the outer rim at 12 o'clock, about 2 ins 5 cm long, and a tiny nick on the back of the rim at 10 o'clock. There is surface scratching to the face from use. Overall in excellent condition and a fabulous dish.
