These are absolutely gorgeous! The little stand in itself is a lovely piece. It has two moulded side handles with the lovely romantic scene to the centre. There is a little minor discolouration underneath the stand otherwise in superb condition. The boat is so very elegant. It has attractive embossed detail where the handle joins the rim. The same romantic scene is either side of the boat with a narrow border pattern around the inner and outer rims. Again in excellent condition.

Tile c1900s
This is a most unusual piece and would seem to have a multitude of uses! Glazed both front and back it is crazed and has a small rub to one corner and on the back has four small chips.
Would make a wonderful plaque to hang on the wall or display on a stand. Also lovely as a practical piece as a serving platter for cheese.

Loving Cup c1900s
A stylish two handled cup in Doulton's romantic Watteau design. This cup has seen a fair amount of loving - the glaze is crazed and there is a little discolouration to the foot and a hairline of approximately 1.5" to the rim. Sounds quite awful but in fact this is an unusual and lovely display piece. Blue printed Doulton Watteau, England.

A lovely little piece. Small, round and flat it has some areas of thin glaze where the blue appears a little grey. It has a little light crazing and a small rub to the rim.

Cache Pot or Jardiniere c1900s
Wonderful square planter with wavy rim and bulbous body standing on four solid blue ornate feet. Crazed with just a very little minor staining inside to the base and there is a minor hairline of approximately 2 ins on one side.
Typical blue printed backstamp, cartouche, with Watteau, Doulton. Pattern number A8232 in blue script.

Wash Bowl c1900s
With gilt A large rectangular bowl with indented corners, it would have originally been part of a toilet set. Decorated with flow blue romantic scenes derived from the paintings of Watteau printed in lovely deep blues with a luscious pearly off-white glaze and decorated both inside and out. It makes a delightful and distinctive display piece, wherever it is placed. It has a little minor surface scratching inside, minor wear to the gilt and a small chip under the foot rim, but otherwise excellent condition.

Chamber Pot c1920s
With gilt. This is an absolutely fabulous pot, the body can best be described as square with rounded corners, crowned with a round rim! Wonderful romantic scene either side of the body, with pretty floral border pattern around the inside rim and gilt highlights to the solid blue handle.
Backstamp: Doulton Watteau Made in England.
Light all over crazing with just a touch of wear to the gilt on the handle otherwise excellent condition.

Soap Dish c1900
With gilt. Three parts to this lovely little dish - base, strainer and cover. Square with rounded corners, it has the border pattern around the base and to the rim of the strainer and romantic scene of seated lady and gentleman either side of the handle on the cover. The cover has restoration to two corners and along the rim on one side, however the top and handle are absolutely fine.

With gilt. Rectangular ewer and bowl. The bowl has indented rim and has pattern both inside and out. The ewer has the same romantic scene either side of the body and a fabulous ornate handle.

The bowl has a little surface scratching inside to the base and a little wear to the gilt. The ewer has a few minor blemishes otherwise excellent condition.
