This set is rarely found with the contemporary cane and metal grip loop handle. The stand has an impressed date mark for 1932. The egg cups are barrel shape with a slight flare at the rim and one has pattern number D6294, which suggests a later replacement.

Stand and two of the cups have light crazing and another cup has a vertical hairline to the body. Overall a fabulous set.

Candlestick Chamber c1900
A most unusual piece in this lovely pattern. Round with a different scene either side, with central sconce and side handle. There is a hairline to the base of the handle where it joins the sconce, a small ridge in the rim which would have occured during manufacture and has been glazed over and some firing cracks and a little roughness to the glaze in the base. This all sounds far worse than it looks, but it is our policy to mention absolutely everything and overall this is a lovely piece in good condition.
