Bone china with gilt. Absolutely gorgeous cup and saucer. The cup is particularly ornate with lovely border pattern printed around the inside rim and a delightful little handle on the side.
Backstamps: On saucer impressed GJ with crescent mark & Sons and in script 5913, on saucer printed registration mark for 1876.
There is a little wear to the gilt, overall excellent condition.

Charger c1926
This is a wonderful large charger with lovely floral border surrounding the central scene of children at play. This charger bears a backstamp identifyng the pattern as Costumbres Espanoles, but that design has a different border and we have only seen one view, which is of a bull fight. We have therefore classified this as Spanish Festivities and assume the names were interchangeable or the backstamp to have been an error.
Backstamp: Costumbres Espagnoles, impressed Crescent GJ and date for 1926.
There is a little minor surface scratching otherwise excellent condition.

This is an absolutely fabulous piece! A large bulbous shape with lavish gilt decoration around the rim and to the spout. There are two different rural views either side of the body, both absolutely delightful. There is a little minor wear to the gilt, mainly to the handle otherwise this is in the most amazingly superb condition.

This is a fantastic set of flagons, each with a different letter on the shoulder - B, G R & W.

Flagon B is crazed with discolouration. Flagon G has light crazing with a little discolouration. Flagon R has light crazing with discolouration and the neck has been restuck at some time. Flagon W has light crazing with a little damage to the neck and a chip to the foot.
