 | Maker: Maling Pattern:Venetian Scene Table Lamp c1920s This attractive covered vase, printed with Maling's Venetian Scenery design with grand palaces, woodland and cows, has been converted to a lamp base. The conversion has been done well and the base is brass, with proper weight incorporated, plus brass bulb holder. The lamp is wired for electricity, but these fittings must be considered as purely decorative and must be checked by a qualified electrician, before use as a lamp.
There is a minor hairline in the rim of the vase, but this is of no consequence and the whole item is in excellent condition.
Ideal as a bedside lamp or decorative accessory. Dimensions: Overall height 29 cm high / Overall height 11.5 ins

 | Maker: Maling Pattern:Venetian Scene Vases Pair with Covers c1915 Two absolutely gorgeous different views either side of these vases. There is decorative gilt decoration to the neck of the vases and rim of the covers, with the latter topped off with a pretty gilt finial. The finial has been off one of the covers and the other has a fine crack which affects just over half of the piece, so with careful positioning it cannot be seen! Neither of these faults detract at all from these stunning vases. Dimensions: 21.5 cm high / 8.5 ins high
