This is such an attractive cheese dish. The base has a small area of restoration to one corner, has a little minor surface scratching otherwise is fine. The cover has a hairline to one top corner, noticeable mainly from inside. It also has some staining mainly to the lower rim and inside. As usual sounds much worse than it looks, this is a wonderful display piece.

A stunning set consisting of a chamber pot, fabulous shape of ewer with bowl, vase and three part soap dish. Blue printed under the glaze with hand applied colour.

Bowl has light all over crazing and a little surface scratching. The soap dish has some signs of wear to the base and strainer, and the lid has a small horizontal hairline to the rim. Ewer, chamber pot and vase are in excellent condition.

Bowl with Foot c1910
Made by William Ridgway, later Ridgways Ltd and also known as Corey Hill pattern. This is a gorgeous piece, which is almost large enough to be a wine cooler and would certainly make a stunning centre piece. The everted trumpet shape body has two rope effect side handles in deep cobalt blue, all standing on a splay foot. Decorated both inside and out mainly in hues of brown, burnt orange and blue with gilt highlights. Light all over crazing to the glaze and the gilt on the rim is worn.

Dessert Dish c1820
Pretty shape of dish with moulded side handle. The design Chinoiserie Ruins is known marked Ridgway, Stevenson, Rogers and Davenport. This version has the elements that mark it out as coming from Ridgway, but appears to be a late print from a printing plate that is showing signs of wear, so probably dates from the John & Wiliam Ridgway period, between 1814 to 1830.
No backstamp.
There is a little wear around the outer rim and to the foot and a chip of approximately 1" x 1.5" under the rim, which is visible in the photograph. Overall a lovely dish.

An absolutely stunning piece with a basket weave and pierced arcaded rim.
No makers marks but we believe this to be by Job Ridgway.
There is a tiny hairline to one of the piercings and a some loss of glaze to one of the stilt marks. Underneath the foot there is some discolouration, however overall this is in superb condition.

Toy Dinner Service part c1890
A fabulous part dinner service consisting of tureen complete with stand and ladle, 1 x sauce tureen, stand, 1 x soup tureen stand, footed bowl, 8", 7", 6" & 5" platters, 12 x 4½” plates, 6 x 3½” plates and 6 x 4½” soup plates.
Backstamps vary: Some with Ridgways Stoke on Trent England Chinz and registration mark for 1882. Most pieces with impressed dates for late 1890s or 1900.
Most pieces have light all over crazing and there is the occasional minor manufacturing blemish and blue smudging, overall a fabulous selection in good condition.

Backstamp: Platters have impressed Ridgways.
Most pieces have light crazing. The soup tureen & vegetable dish bases and underneath the dish and one soup plate are also discoloured. Overall a fabulous selection of pieces and in good condition.
