Vegetable Dish with Cover c1930s
A very attractive dish with two ornate side handles highlighted with a little subtle added colour. The cover is superb! The finial is in the shape of an apple joined to the cover by its stem surrounded by leaves in moulded relief. In addition to that wonderful decoration is a small coloured fruit and flower motif. There are a few lines of crazing to the cover, a little mottling to the base and an old chip under one of the feet which just peeps through.
