Maker: Minton Pattern: Italian Ruins
An absolutely delightful comport, decorated beautifully, both inside and out.
Blue printed backstamp Semi-China within lozenge.
There is an under rim chip to one handle and on the same handle another small chip to the top. The latter affects only the far end of the handle so that when the bowl faces the "front" it can barely be seen. Otherwise superb - a really attractive piece.
Provenance: The Patricia Davies Collection.
Dimensions: 30 cm x 21.5 cm 11 cm high / 11.75 ins x 8.5 ins 4.25 ins high
