Thomas Dimmock. Pretty pattern of spots and stars! Very pretty shape the base having moulded side handles and the cover has a central finial surrounded by embossed stem and leaves. Light all over crazing with a little discolouration under the base. the cover has heavy restoration making it paler than the base. Pretty little display piece.
