Davenport's Rhine pattern is a series of apparently imaginary scenes along the River Rhine in Germany. It was also known as Rhenish Views.
Impressed backstamp of anchor and Davenport, plus on two of the plates a date mark for 1836.
Fine all over crazing otherwise excellent condition.
