Maker: Spode Pattern: Fence
Fence was introduced in the early 1800s. This is the second version introduced about 1820, which is found more rarely than the first.
Lovely plate, with ochre rim, has a touch of crazing otherwise excellent condition. Impressed backstamp Spode 28 and blue printed Spode.
