Maker: Davenport Pattern: The Villagers
Wonderful rural scene of couple with a child and a dog beside a river on this dish.
Backstamp: DAVENPORT above an anchor.
Light crazing, a little minor wear to the outer rim, a little discolouraton and loss of glaze to the stilt marks and a small firing fault to the rim. Makes this sound much much worse than it looks, it is a fabulous dish.
Dimensions: 42 cm x 32 cm / 16.5 ins x 12.75 ins
