A fabulous stone china jug. The top of the handle where it joins the jug is an animals head and the base are the legs and claws.
Backstamp: Impressed Ironstone china.
There is a little minor discolouration inside and underneath a small chip and tiny hairline to the foot. Sounds much worse than it looks this is a lovely piece.

Dimensions: 0.75 pint, 14.5 cm high / 1.25 pint, 5.75 ins high
