Maker: Unattributed Maker  Pattern: Ruined Abbey and Beasts of Burden

Delightful scene of ruins and man with two packhorses. There were possibly two makers of this pattern as although the design itself remains consistent it is found on two different styles of plate. This plate has a flat base, without foot rim, and three single stilt marks on the face on the border.
No makers backstamp.
Excellent condition, with sound glaze. A beautiful example.
