Maker: Dimmock Pattern: Rose Wreath
An unusual and attractive shape of dessert dish, with lobed rim and moulded side grip handle. Pretty romantic scene and dish made by Thomas Dimmock of Albion Street and other potteries at Shelton and Hanley active 1828 to 1859.
Backstamp: blue printed floral cartouche with Rose Wreath within and impressed PEARLWARE.
Light crazing and on the face one stilt mark is prominent. Overall excellent condition.
