Maker: Wood and Brownfield Pattern: Windsor Wreath
Absolutely fabulous plate with ochre rim and gilt highlights to the floral pattern. The pattern is number 2030 in the factory records and was introduced in 1846 and made in various colour variants.
Backstamp: Windsor Wreath W & B.
Some crazing to the glaze with a little minor surface scratching and a little wear to the rim. There is a stress crack occurring during firing on the inner rim of the bowl of the plate, otherwise excellent condition.
