Maker: Adams Pattern: Chinese Bird
Fabulous octagonal dish with ornate side handles.
Backstamp: Rd No. 623294 This Pattern was introduced by William Adams in 1780 being a copy of a Chinese pattern & one of the first of its style produced in English Pottery Wm Adams England.
The dish is crazed with several blemishes and the blue to the handles is a little patchy otherwise in excellent condition.
