Fabulous large pot with four pattern cartouches around the body.
Backstamp: Rd No. 623294 This Pattern was introduced by William Adams in 1780 being a copy of a Chinese pattern & one of the first of its style produced in English Pottery Wm Adams.
Light all over crazing, inside some surface scratching with just a little minor discolouration and underneath just a little pitting to the foot.
Dimensions: 22 cm diameter at neck, 19.5 cm deep / 8.75 ins diameter at neck, 7.75 ins deep
