Maker: Unattributed Maker Pattern: Asiatic Pheasants
Toilet wares in Asiatic Pheasants are rare today. Pehaps not much was made originally or items have simply not survived. This chamber pot has not only survived, but is in excellent condition.
There is some light crazing to the glaze, but otherwise fine.
Well printed in a soft blue with pretty moulding to the body and handle. A rarity to add to any serious collection.
No maker's backstamp.
Dimensions: 14.5 cm high 23 cm diameter / 5.75 ins high 9 ins diameter
