Made in England. Brand new and first quality. Pale Blue Felicity. The first pottery model of a Spaniel was created in Staffordshire some 175 years ago. Usually sold in pairs they became a decorative symbol of the Staffordshire Potteries. Originally modelled on the Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, it was Queen Victoria and her love for her spaniels that inspired the Staffordshire potters. Burgess and Leigh made these dogs in the early days and today Burleigh have searched out their original Victorian moulds to recreate these charming dogs.
