Maker: Spode Pattern: Italian
Octagonal plate with wavy rim and raised cross in the centre. These were given away in the 1930s as a promotional item with Skippers sardines! This plate has a small under rim chip which has been restored and the raised cross shows minor signs of wear.
Blue printed oval backstamp.
