A fabulous paperweight in the form of a 3D cup and saucer.
Backstamp: Spode Collector Exclusively for Members Made in England and Royal Warrant Crest. Also printed on the side "Italian First introduced c1816. The combination of a Chinese border with a classical scene, this popoular pattern has been in continous production for over 180 years. In 1989 The Spode Museum Trust purchased a drawing by an unknown artist which may have been the original inspiration for the scene"
