Maker: Jones George Pattern: Abbey
A wonderful large dish with wavy rim to the base and gently moulded detail to the cover.
Backstamp: Abbey 1790 England.
There is a little discolouration under the rim of the cover which just peeks through to the outside, a little minor wear under the rim of the base and being really picky we will mention that the glaze has bubbled very slightly on the base. Sounds much worse than it looks, this is a stunning dish.
