Maker: Hancock Sampson Pattern: Chantilly blue with colour
Made by Sampson Hancock & Sons of Stoke on Trent and decorated with their popular Chantilly pattern, blue printed with hand applied colour. Has gilt line decoration, which is worn on neck and handle.
Blue printed backstamp with their trade name Coronaware over a crown with maker's name in a ribbon below. Pattern name "Chantilly" and Rd. No. 674412 for 1920. Pattern number 6481 in script.
