Maker: Minton Pattern: Genevese
Swiss chateaux with floral border. A famous Minton design from the 1800s re-introduced about 1900 in a slightly darker blue.
There is fine crazing to the glaze of both pieces, which on the ewer has taken up just a hint of staining. A foot rim chip on the basin has been restored and is not visible. Overall good condition and lovely display piece.
Basin 15 ins diameter and 5 ins high.
