One of a series of tiles, designed by William Wise (1847-1889) for Minton. This tile features a mother and daughter harvesting potatoes and is printed in a steely blue. Signed W Wise.
Backstamp: Mintons China Works Stoke on Trent Mintons Stoke Upon Trent Walbrook London.
There is minor pitting to the rim and on the back a few small chips to the rim.
