With gilt. This is absolutely gorgeous! Made originally as a hot water jug, with piercings to the rim to hold a weighted pewter cover which sadly is now missing.
Backstamp: Doulton Burslem England Norfolk Rd No 251612.
There is a little wear to the gilt and a star hairline to the base otherwise excellent condition.
