Bone china with gilt and printed in a pretty shade of turquoise. Set comprises of a large tray with two side handles, teapot, two teacups & saucers, jug and sugar bowl. Tray has light all over crazing and some wear to the gilt. It has the impressed Copeland crown and impressed date for July 1889. The teapot has a tiny hairline to the inner rim and a little wear to the gilt. Cups & saucers excellent, saucers have impressed date for 1889. Sugar bowl and jug also excellent condition. Jug has green printed Spode Copeland seal mark. Teapot, cups & saucers and bowl & have green printed Copelands china and pattern no 4765.
