Maker: Spode Pattern: Hunting Scenes
Spode introduced sprig decorated stoneware about 1890. This lovely teapot has a continuous scene around the body.
Backstamp:Brown printed Copeland Spode England seal mark, impressed Copeland and England.
One blemish to the blue ground and a little minor discolouration where the spout joins the body otherwise excellent condition.
Provenance: The personal collection of Robert Copeland.
