Maker: Spode Pattern: Garland grey
A very pretty sauce tureen with amazing embossed acorn and oak leaf decoration, highlighted with gilt, to the side handles.
Backstamp: Copeland Late Spode and registration mark for 17th August 1849.
Some wear and discolouration inside, a little to the rim and a couple of very minor hairlines underneath the foot otherwise fine. Would make a gorgeous plant pot!
