Mid blue. Ferrara is a port in northern Italy. The sailing ships in the scene were copied from an engraving of Liverpool Docks, England.
Backstamp: Ferrara Etruria England Wedgwood, impressed Wedgwood and Made in England.
A little minor wear to the rim and just a touch to the foot otherwise excellent condition.
