Bone china with gilt. Absolutely gorgeous small cup and saucer.
Backstamp: green printed inter-twined double curly C monogram and Copeland. On saucer, impressed date code for 1883, month unclear. On cup, pattern number 1/2140 in red script.
A little wear to the gilt otherwise excellent condition.
Dimensions: Cup 6.5 cm diameter, 5.5 cm high saucer 11.5 cm / Cup 2.5 ins diameter, 2.25 ins high saucer 4.5 ins
