Maker: Woods Pattern: Willow
An unusual shape of teapot made by Wood & Sons to a patented design registered by Abram Allware Ltd. Apart from the shape of the pot, the novel features appear to be the fixing of the lid on the pot and the design of the gate, which is integral to the lid.
Backstamp: Willow Woods Ware Enoch 1784 Ralph 1750 Wood & Sons England and embossed 1.5 pint (although it measures 2 pint!).
Excellent condition.
