Maker: Unattributed Maker Pattern: Willow
A most unusual piece for us as it is not china! A postcard sent from Great Yarmouth (Norfolk UK) to Kings Lynn in August 1911 with another postmark from Scarborough on August 26. The scene on the front is of the Willow Golf Club with elements from Willow pattern including the bridge, Willow tree and right at the top two men in a boat.
There is as expected, some discolouration, the corners are worn and there is a tiny tear to the side, however overall for a postcard over 100 years old in pretty good condition.
Dimensions: 14 cm x 9 cm / 5.5 ins x 3.5 ins
