Maker: Meigh Pattern: Asiatic Birds green
The pattern is similar to Asiatic Pheasants, but here printed in green.
This is a delightful little set of stand, tureen, ladle and cover. There is a little light crazing to the stand and tureen and the gorgeous little ladle has a repair to the stem, otherwise absolutely fine. No makers marks, but in English Toy China by Doris Anderson Lechler it is attributed to Charles Meigh of Hanley, Staffordshire 1832 to 1850 and we have gone along with that here.
Dimensions: Tureen 7.5 cm x 5.5 cm at neck / Tureen 3 ins x 2.25 ins at neck
