Maker: Meigh Pattern: Asiatic Birds green
The pattern is similar to Asiatic Pheasants, but here printed in green. In English Toy China by Doris Anderson Lechler it is attributed to Charles Meigh of Hanley, Staffordshire 1832 to 1850 and we have gone along with that here.
This is gorgeous! It has a couple of tiny firing faults inside to the base and just a touch of light crazing otherwise excellent. No makers marks.
Dimensions: 8.5 cm x 6.5 cm & 4.5 cm high / 3.25 ins x 2.5 ins & 1.75 ins high
