Maker: Morley Pattern: Number 3 1131 colour
An absolutely fabulous lid for a large tureen with ochre rim and ornate detail to the finial and surround all highlighted with gilt.
Backstamp: in script 3/1131.
There is some wear and two small chips to the finial, a little wear to the ochre rim and underneath a little minor discolouration.
Dimensions: 21.5 cm diameter / 8.5 ins diameter
