Maker: Anstice Horton and Rose  Pattern: Round Window

With gilt. This is either early earthenware or possibly heavily potted hard past porcelain. A really lovely ovoid teapot with lovely gilt decoration to the spout and finial.
No backstamp, but we have attributed this to Anstice, Horton & Rose of Coalport.
There is a little minor mottling to the lid, minor wear to the gilt and inside a tiny hairline to the gate. Overall excellent condition.
