Maker: Burgess and Leigh Pattern: Chinese Peacock
Originally introduced about 1913 as Chinese Peacock, but later known as Blue Bird and now Regal Peacock. Backstamp: B & L Burleigh Ware Burslem England.
The stand has light crazing overall excellent condition. The teapot also has crazing with some discolouration mainly around the lower part of the body. The lid also has a couple of hairlines to the inner rim. Overall a lovely set but for display only.
