Maker: Burgess and Leigh Pattern: Chinese Peacock
Burleigh Ware. Originally introduced about 1913 as Chinese Peacock, later known as Blue Bird and more recently Regal Peacock A fabulous shape of jug, cylindrical with a gently flared base and with pewter lid.
Backstamp: Burleigh Ware B & L Burslem England.
Light all over crazing and a little hazy area to the border pattern otherwise excellent condition.
Dimensions: 0.6 ltr, 17 cm high / 1 pint, 6.75 ins high
