Maker: Spode  Pattern: Willow

This is a beautiful early pearlware dish printed in a soft flow Royal blue and a good example of the fine quality that Spode achieved with his early printed wares.
The glaze has crazed all over and taken up light staining fairly generally, which is most noticeable on the back and to the front gives a slightly burnished look to the piece. Fundamentally this platter is in good condition and if you like your antiques to look antique this is one for you.
Neat small impressed SPODE backstamp.
