This is a given name for this charming scene, which was derived from two aquatints of Indian street scenes in T & W Daniell's Oriental Scenery. The Sacred Tree of the Hindoos at Gyah, Bahar provided the tree on the left and View on the Chitpore Road, Calcutta the buildings on the right.
Backstamp: Rileys Semi-china.
Light crazing, some wear to the outer rim, and on the back a little wear and discolouration.
