Maker: Adams Pattern: Chinese Bird colour
This is a fantastic large bowl with hand applied enamel colour and ochre rim. There are four pattern cartouches around the outside and four inside.
Backstamp: Rd No 623294 This pattern was introduced by William Adams in 1780 being a copy of a Chinese pattern & one of the first of its style produced in English pottery. Wm Adams.
Dimensions: 27 cm diameter, 13 cm high / 10.5 ins diameter, 5 ins high
