Maker: Adams Pattern: Chinese Bird colour
Gorgeous bowl with four pattern cartouches around the body with hand applied colour and an epns collar.
Backstamp: Rd No. 623294. This pattern was introduced by William Adams in 1780 being a copy of a Chinese Pattern & one of the first of its style produced in English pottery. Wm Adams and impressed Adams Tunstall.
There is a little minor wear to the collar and inside the bowl a little minor surface scratching, overall excellent condition.
Dimensions: 18 cm diameter at neck, 10 cm deep / 7 ins diameter at neck, 4 ins deep
