Maker: Spode Pattern: George III blue with colour
Fabulous pattern of exotic bird with fruit and flowers all in hand applied enamel colour, set against a pretty background of delicate blue daisies on a white background. This pattern was originally called Raleigh, but was renamed George III, specifically for sale through Harrods of London.
Backstamp:Copeland late Spode seal backstamp, Regd No 677526 and Spode's George III. Pattern number 2/7342 in script. Impressed Copeland over crown and date for 1921.
Light crazing otherwise excellent condition.
