Maker: Spode  Pattern: Signature Collection

Rural Scenes was first introduced in 1850 inspired from watercolours by the Victorian artist, Edward Duncan. This magnificent fish dish is one of a limited edition of 1500 produced in 2003, from Spodes Signature Collection. Superb on display as a statement piece in kitchen or dining room. Or if you prefer, ideal for serving a whole salmon.
Backstamp: The Signature Collection Rural Scenes Fish Dish Introduced c1882. Produced in a numbered edition of 1500 released in 2003, of which this piece is number 997. Spode Made in England.
A little very minor wear on the back to the foot otherwise excellent condition.
