Maker: Unattributed Maker  Pattern: Willow blue with colour

Two of the original four pieces of this set. These fellows are the oil and open salt or perhaps mustard. They are such characters! The oil would originally have had a "hat". There is a little wear around the top rim and some wear to the toes of his shoes and his waistcoat! The salt or mustard (if it was the latter then he too would originally have had a hat), has wear to his shoes and waistcoat and also two chips and some nibbles to the top rim, and a small chip to the rim of the stand. The border pattern of Willow is to their hats and around their stands.
