Herculaneum Greek Meat Dish or Platter c1815

Maker: Herculaneum  Pattern: Greek

Greek pattern also known as Etruscan and usually attributed to Herculaneum, although a marked piece is yet to be found. Ochre rim. This is a beautiful meat dish with some light crazing and just a small restoration to the rim, which can be seen on the photograph at the bottom at about 7 o'clock.
