Maker: Rogers Pattern: Views Series
John Rogers and Son of Dale Hall, Longport, Staffordshire active 1815 to 1841. Rogers Views is a series of landscape views, of which the location of some have been identified, including this one which is Durham with the cathedral top right.
The glaze is finely crazed, with some light associated staining. There are two small old rim chips, one at two o'clock and the other at four o'clock. Overall it looks bright and displays well.
