Maker: Spode  Pattern: Caramanian Series

The scene is of the Colossal sarcophagus near Castle Rosso. A superb large tureen with pine cone finial to the cover and animal head side handles to the tureen.
Backstamp: Impressed Spode.
The tureen has some wear and discolouration inside and a star crack which is well camouflaged by the pattern on the outside. Overall it shines like new. The cover has a tiny tiny rub to the finial otherwise is in superb condition. An attractive item in this collected series.
